The first Democracy game was released on PC back in 2005, with the latest iteration, Democracy 4, seeing release in 2022. And now, console gamers will get the chance to become a world leader for the first time, when Democracy 4: Console Edition launches for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox.
Democracy 4: Console Edition is a political simulation game where you take on the role of leading one of several countries. In your position, you will be able to choose policies, and laws, and take other actions that will positively impact some areas of your country, while having a negative effect on others. The ultimate goal is to win your next election through your actions.
Democracy 4: Console Edition’s polls will open well before the next UK general election, with the game launching on 5th June 2024.
