It doesn’t seem to be more than a week goes by without news of another Game Boy cart getting released. Puzzle fans will be pleased to know that Fydo’s Magic Tiles is set for release 1st September and promises to tackle your brain on the small screen. Fusion will be reviewing the game shortly but you can play it for free on an emulator before making a physical purchase.
Developer Tom Sutton has revealed that a Special First Edition is heading to physical carts priced at $50. Purchases can be made on Tom’s Itch.io page with the option to buy the soundtrack as well. Many developers, artists and generally helpful folk have collaborated to bring Fydo’s Magic Tiles to life and it looks fantastic.
