We knew something big was coming, and it was – Konami has announced a brand new Silent Hill game. Silent Hill: F (Flower?) is set in 1960s Japan and looks to be a full AAA title.
Meanwhile, Annapurna Interactive and No Code Studios are developing Silent Hill: Townfall, which is promised to be a little bit different. Not much was shown, and it remains a bit of a mystery at the moment.
Next up was Return to Silent Hill, a brand new movie that is very early in development.
Also revealed is a long-rumoured Silent Hill 2 Remake, which will be released exclusively (for at least a year) on PS5 and PC. It will feature a new over-the-shoulder camera, along with new sound and music.
Silent Hill: Ascension meanwhile sounds a little bit odd, and will be live, real-time interactive series, where millions of people vote for decision-making as events unfold. It will arrive sometime in 2023.
