Yeah Yeah Beebiss II cover

Blaze are continuing to preview games from their Indie Heroes 2 cartridge via their “Game of the Month”. Evercade VS users who update to the latest system software can now play an 8-bit platformer with the unwieldy title “Yeah Yeah Beebiss II”

If you’re worried you won’t be able to pick up how to play because you haven’t played the first Yeah Yeah Beebiss game, don’t worry, it never existed despite being mysteriously listed several times in advertisements in CVG in 1989.

Therefore, Yeah Yeah Beebiss II is a sequel to an imaginary game! The game is the creation of retro gaming YouTuber John Riggs.

Although one might argue that the target demographic of Evercade won’t be enthused by the prospect of a game made by a YouTuber, the idea of a sequel to a non-existent game from 1989 should appeal.

I've been playing video games since the 1980s, from the 8-bit era onwards. I have had to play one-handed following a stroke in 2014, and I blog about playing games with one hand.
