On Twitter, the ZX Spectrum graphic artist Ric Lumb (PuttyCAD) has revealed that he is currently working on nine new ZX Spectrum games, which he hopes will all be released by the end of the year. Lumb has produced a graphic showcasing the new ZX Spectrum games, which appear to cover a wide range of genres. The new ZX Spectrum games in question are:
1. Babyman vs Terminatots
2. Chuffin’ Nora
3. Chicken Coop Coup
4. Gherbert in the Garden
5. Winnie the Pooh vs Zombies
6. Rufus
7. Zombie Piranha
8. Fur-Bees
9. Scream Queen
The games all appear to employ the typically British sense of humour that made the original games of the 8-bit home computing era so endearing.
Once released, the games will be available to buy from https://puttycad.itch.io, where you can currently find previously released games that PuttyCAD worked on.
