Retro publisher Broke Studio has announced its latest NES title that has just gone up on Kickstarter. Steel Legion is a Metroidvania-style game set in a cyberpunk universe where you play as a cyborg commando. The studio has explained that the game is completely finished and the crowdfunding campaign is to raise funds to produce a physical cart.
Those interested can try a demo on an emulator before committing to buying and the campaign is nearly funded with just £3000 left to raise at the time of publishing this news article. It certainly looks like a classic NES adventure from the trailer and those who want a full experience can also pre-order digital soundtracks and artbooks.
