Sony have confirmed the games to be made available to members of the PS Plus Essential tier (and members of all higher tiers) for August 2022. The games will be available to download from Tuesday 2nd August until Tuesday 6th September.
Among the PS Plus August 2002 games are Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 & 2 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The well-received remasters were first released in September 2020.
The original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater was released for PlayStation back in 1999, with its sequel following in 2000.
Tony Hawk recently revealed that plans for remasters of the third and fourth games in the series were shelved after the remasters’ developer, Vicarious Visions was absorbed into Blizzard.
The other games available to download for PS Plus Essential members are Yakuza: Like a Dragon (PS4/PS5) and Little Nightmares (PS4).
