We love a Tetris 99 Maximus Cup here at Fusion R Gamer, so we were pleased to hear that the 31st Maximus Cup for Tetris 99 will go live on Friday 16th December 2022 at 7.00 AM GMT.
If you haven’t played Tetris 99 for a while, it’ll be a good time to jump back in. The 31st Maximus Cup event will run until 19th December at 6:59 AM GMT.
Players who score at least 100 points during this new Maximus Cup event will unlock a new theme for the game, featuring new art, music, and tetronimo designs inspired by the Nintendo Switch game Kirby’s Dream Buffet. If you’re a Nintendo Switch Online member who still hasn’t downloaded the online Tetris 99 for some reason, you can download the online multiplayer game for free from the Nintendo eshop.
