Publisher Bliss Brain have announced the digital release of Wonder Boy Anniversary Collection is heading to PS4, PS5 and Switch January 26th 2023. The collection includes six different Wonder Boy games starting with 1986’s original arcade game right through to the 1994 Mega Drive title Monster World IV.
If having six classic games wasn’t enough, each title includes multiple ports ranging from the arcade to Game Gear with everything in between. The pack also includes the ability to rewind your game at any moment, filter, shader, a save anytime option as well as other options.
Wonder Boy Collection, that featured the six games without the extra ports, had a physical release on PS4 and Switch earlier this year thanks to Inin Games. And the new anniversary collection is also getting a physical release thanks to Strictly Limited Games although the release date has not been confirmed.
