We previously reported that Limited Run Games would be releasing a physical edition of the A Boy and His Blob Retro Collection.
The A Boy and His Blob Retro Collection comprises the first two games in the series of platform puzzlers, which are the 1989 NES original (A Boy and His Blob: Trouble on Blobloania), and its 1991 Game Boy sequel (The Rescue of Princess Blobette).
A Boy and His Blob was created by Activision co-founder and Pitfall! developer David Crane.
Following this news, publishers Ziggurat Games have announced that the digital version of the A Boy and His Blob Retro Collection has now been dated for release on Tuesday 17th October 2023, and it can now be wishlisted for Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4&5.
