It is business as usual for Intellivision’s Amico as further issues, brought to light after a few pilot consoles were produced, have held up production. A bug in the controller firmware has meant that the pilot run was halted and now it’s fixed the trial continues. Amico also has a batch of new games coming from various places. A few are original Intellivision releases and others are brand new games.
In a press statement CEO Phil Adam has said that “I would like to thank you again for your support, and thank you to our internal team and external developers that work tirelessly to create a family gaming experience on Amico that brings people of different ages and skills together in group play.”
