Evercade Showcase Vol 1 to Stream Later this Month

Here’s a philosophical question for you: if a gaming release isn’t announced via a streamed presentation, has it really been announced?

Of course, the likes of Nintendo’s Nintendo Direct and Indie World streams, and Sony’s State of Play presentations for PlayStation are well-established examples of the form, but even small indie publishers such as Eastasiasoft have been getting in on the streaming presentation act of late.

And now, Blaze Electronics have decided join the announcing by streaming presentation party, with the Evercade Showcase. Evercade Showcase Vol 1 will be held on the official Evercade YouTube channel on Wednesday 31st May 2023 at 8pm BST. The stream will showcase announcements of upcoming new cartridge releases for Blaze’s Evercade retro console format.
