Good news for fans of the Back to the Future franchise as Lego have announced a new DeLorean model for 2022. As some of you may remember a set was released several years ago as part of Lego’s Cuusoo range (Now Lego Ideas) but for many a fan, this one included, it failed to live up to expectation and was overall rather disappointing.
Finally however it looks like we’re set to get the model we all hoped for with a well crafted DeLoran that features a highly detailed cockpit and dashboard, light up flux capacitor and several small add-ons that allow you to transform the car into model of your choosing wether that be from the first, second or third movie. The set also includes a new Doc & Marty mini-figures dressed in future clothing from BTTF2.

Released April 1st the set is priced at £149.99 and can be pre-ordered from Lego’s main website.
