We previously reviewed the Switch version of the “roleplaying musical” Stray Gods, and we enjoyed it very much. And soon, Stray Gods DLC will be taking to the stage, creating something of an encore performance for the game.
The Stray Gods DLC, titled Stray Gods: Orpheus, gives you the chance to play as Orpheus in a brand new story. The DLC offers six brand new original songs, where each decision you make changes the song and the story.
Stray Gods: Orpheus stars Anthony Rapp (RENT, Star Trek: Discovery), and Erika Ishii (Worlds Beyond Number, Dimension 20) and is written by David Gaider. Stray Gods: Orpheus is described as “a comedic feature-length experience that history buffs, hopeless romantics, and rock stars alike can enjoy.”
The Orpheus-focused Stray Gods DLC will be released on PC on 27th June 024, with console versions following “soon”.
Stray Gods: Orpheus was developed by Summerfall Studios and will be published by Humble Games.
