Released in 1996, Towers II: Plight of the Stargazer is the only RPG for the ill-fated Atari Jaguar. It’s now being remastered by the original developers, JV Entreprises, and retitled as Enhanced Stargazer Edition. The announcement was made at the Midwest Gaming Classic and via a tweet from indie publisher Songbird Productions.
There isn’t much information so far but we do know it has been slated for a July 2023 release and will include NPC voiceovers, larger save memory, new puzzles, additional display options and a host of extra features to the overall gameplay.
