Princesses are a hot topic at the moment, with fervent speculation around the whereabouts of the Princess of Wales, but more relevantly to us at Fusion R Gamer, the retro news site Indie Retro News have spotted that the2023 ZX Spectrum platform game Savage Princess is now free to download from developer Monster’s Legs’ itch.io page.
If you prefer your Speccy games in physical form on good old cassette tapes, you can also purchase Savage Princess 2 on cassette direct from Bitmapsoft for £12 though at the time of writing, there were a mere 11 copies left for sale.
And if you’re unsure about whether Savage Princess 2 is worth your time, it scored a respectable 83% in our sister publication Crash magazine, so the .TAP format download version a right royal bargain at the princessly sum of £0!
