Galaga, that old classic favourite, has a new lease of life thanks to a new tabletop arcade mini from retro firm My Arcade. Called Galaga Joystick Player, this mini arcade machine features a 3.2″ colour display, adjustable screen brightness and power via batteries or a USB port.
It includes the original arcade Galaga as well as Galaxian and has the look of the original arcade cabinet. according to My Arcade’s press release, it has all the same sounds and playability that you would expect from this kind of device. It’s currently only available in the USA but here’s hoping it sees a worldwide release soon.
