The first in-person Games Done Quick event since 2020 raised a staggering $3 million in donations for Doctors Without Borders. This summer’s Minnesota event showcased 134 speed runs, featuring games such as Super Mario World, Ocarina of Time, and Portal 2.
In addition, organisers announced that the next GDQ event will take place in August – Flame Fatales, the annual all-women speedrunning showcase. To date, the events have raised over $40 million. Kudos to all involved.
