NBA Jam has been given a new lease of life thanks to Arcade1up and its new line of arcade cabs. We all have fond memories of hearing that announcer yell “boomskalaka” and “he’s on fire” but it was 30 years ago! It seems like yesterday that NBA Jam’s unique blend of arcade gameplay with awesome presentation graced our arcades.
Arcade1up is releasing an NBA JAM™: SHAQ EDITION home arcade machine that is 67” tall with a 19” screen. The legend himself, Shaq, took a photo opportunity with the new machine to celebrate the collaboration. There is also a two-player Bartop cab that is releasing and both are now up for pre-order until mid-July.
