Bandai Namco has followed CD Projekt Red, in making a substantial donation to humanitarian aid following the Russian invasion of Ukraine. On twitter, the video game publisher announced that 100 million yen, approximately £650k will be donated to Save the Children support.
The Tokyo-based publisher, which has published games for decades, follows wide condemnation of the war throughout the games industry. Last month CDPR donated nearly £200k, and most recently the itch.io Bundle for Ukraine that offered nearly 1000 games (over £5,000 in value) for a minimum $10 donation.
