Greyfox Books has previously published a number of gaming books, including Atari: A Visual History and Coin-Op: The Arcade Guide. Back in 2021, they launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund a similar book based on the SEGA Mega Drive, however, SEGA and their team of lawyers allegedly soon put a stop to that via Cease and Desist.
Whilst the book cannot legally be sold, Darren Doyle from Greyfox has now released the book for free as a PDF download – allowing everyone to enjoy his work. Donations can be left as a thank you!
