Japanese indie publisher Odencat Inc. has announced the release of Meg’s Monster, a retro-inspired JRPG. It will be available on Switch, Xbox, Steam Deck, Linux, and Mac from the 2nd of March 2023. It has been in development for the last two years and will include multiple language options.
Odencat Inc. says it’s a unique experience “encased in a unique, raw, scripted, turn-based battle system”. It boasts retro-style graphics and sounds along with some interesting gameplay mechanics that revolve around the main character’s mood.
