The release comprises two Neo Geo Pocket fighting games that were originally only released in Japan, in the year 2000. The games are Mega Man: The Power Battle and Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters. The games include battles with 40 bosses taken from the 1st to the 7th mainline entries in the Mega Man series.
Unusually for a Mega Man game, Mega Man Battle & Fighters isn’t published by Capcom, but as a former Neo Geo Pocket title, it is, instead, published by SNK.
Mega #Man Battle & Fighters is available now on the Nintendo eshop for £7.19.
Despite the original games only being sold in Japan, the collection also has an English language option.
