Yesterday, we brought you three pieces of Mario news, but Mario had better watch out, because one of his arch-enemies is also returning in a new Wario Ware title for Switch!
The news we brought you yesterday included an unofficial port of the Mario Bros Game & Watch for Spectrum, and two new Switch titles announced in yesterday’s Nintendo Direct presentation. These comprise a remake of the Super Nintendo’s Super Mario RPG and an all-new Super Mario Bros 2D platformer titled Super Mario Bros Wonder.
Also announced during the Nintendo Direct presentation was a new Wario Ware title for Switch: Wario WWare: Move It! The new Wario Ware title comprises over 200 microgames (including one based on Mario 64) and appears to rely on motion controls, in a similar vein to the Wii entry in the series (Wario Ware Smooth Moves).
Wario ware: Move It! Will be released on Switch on 3rd November 2023. Pre-orders are open now on the eshop.
