Kirby’s Dream Buffet will not be part of the main line of the long-running franchise, and appears to be a party game for up to four players in the vein of the popular Fall Guys, but with a food-based twist, rather than a platform game. The game will offer online and local multiplayer, and Kirby will take on “copy abilities” based on the foodstuffs he consumes along the courses.
The new game comes jot on the heels of the well-received Kirby mainline title Kirby and the Forgotten Land, which was released on Switch on 25th March 2022.
Kirby’s Dream Buffet is set for release on Nintendo Switch later this summer and will be exclusively available from Nintendo’s eshop.
