September 2023’s retro titles for Nintendo Switch Online have been released, and amongst the four new 1990s additions from a variety of Nintendo’s consoles are a SNES game and a NES game that have never previously been released outside Japan.
The two games previously unreleased outside Japan are:
Kirby’s Star Stacker (Super Famicom), a puzzle game originally released in 1997.
Joy Mech Fight (Famicom), a beat ‘em up originally released in 1993
The other two games included in Nintendo Switch Online’s September 2023 releases are:
Quest for Camelot (Game Boy Color), an RPG originally released in 1998.
Downtown Nekketsu March Super-Awesome Field Day! (Famicom/NES), originally released in 1990. The game is an action sports game in the Kunio-kun series. The first Kunio-kun game is better known as Renegade in the West.
All four games are available for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers to play now.
