Sega unveiled a host of Sonic information to tease fans in their second annual Sonic Central broadcast. The ten minute show started with more footage of the incoming Sonic Origins. We didn’t learn much more than we already know but the new footage did showcase some of the extra modes such as challenge and boss rush.
We also found out that Sonic 2’s Chemical Plant Zone will be coming to Roblox and new characters are coming to the mobile Sonic Dash game. There was a sneak peak of Sonic Prime, the new TV show expected later this year and the announcement that the Sonic 2 movie is heading to DVD and Blu Ray August 9th.
If that was not enough a new show was also announced that features Knuckles and set before the events of the upcoming Frontiers game. PHEW! That was a lot and we didn’t even get to the merch that was announced. It’s a great time to be a Sonic fan.
