Antstream Arcade has sent its weekly update and announced two new titles as well as a new challenge. Doodle World, previously developed for the NES homebrew scene by Nate Peters, is a platformer where you take the role of Doodle who must save the world from the evil King Erasrer. The game was inspired by Nate’s daughter and her doodling and you can read more about the wonderful story in the Antstream Arcades interview article.
The second game coming to the retro streaming platform is Grebit, a Frogger clone released on home computers back in 1990. It has 15 levels and five bosses spread across five worlds and features the same car dodging hopping gameplay you would expect. This week’s challenge has also been confirmed as Stark Raving Mad which plays out on the Neo Geo fighter Samurai Showdown. During the challenge, you will need to survive as long as possible against the game boss Amakusa.
