If you’re looking forward to finding out more details about the long-awaited successor to the Nintendo Switch, then we’re afraid you’ll have to temper your expectations a little, as today’s Nintendo Direct is focusing solely on games being released in the second half of this year for the already seven-year-old Nintendo Switch console.
At this rate, Nintendo will still be holding Nintendo Direct presentations for the Switch when it reaches an age at which it’s considered to be a retro console!
Nonetheless, let’s hope Nintendo showcase some titles that appeal to us retro gamers when today’s Nintendo Direct streams at this link at 1500 BST. The presentation will last around 40 minutes, and just to reiterate,Nintendo have confirmed that there will be no mention of the Switch’s successor during the presentation. Maybe next time, eh?
