Unsurprisingly, Nintendo have dropped a surprise Nintendo Direct that is scheduled to be streamed live on its website and YouTube channel from 10pm GMT. Most folk will expect more footage of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and hope for some news on a new Mario game.
Interestingly, the tweet from Nintendo of America explains that the stream will cover all the games expected in just the first half of 2023. That all but puts any hope of news of a new console to bed and Ninty fans will just have to gawp at the additional 30 seconds of Zelda that is no doubt coming.
