Medusa Team have released the much anticipated English translation of Ogre Battle: The March Of The Black Queen for the Saturn. They used several parts from the original PS1 port for the translation. This new Saturn version has extra scenarios, additional music tracks, new characters, a minimap, and different endings. The team have also removed the need for in-game loading to speed up play.
Several players have found a saving bug in this first build but the team are already working hard to release a new patched build soon. Ogre Battle on Saturn never made it to the West and Saturn fans have been waiting a long time for this project to finish. It is great to see more Japanese exclusive Saturn games get an English translation after the success of Shining Force and other fan favourites.
