Players of Nintendo Switch Online’s Tetris 99 will have a chance to win past themes they may have missed with the new Maximus Cup Second Chance Edition. The event runs from Friday 5th August to Wednesday 10th August. Each theme requires just 10 points to claim, rather than the usual 100 points needed in previous Maximus Cups. The past themes being offered for a second time are:
Super Mario 3D World & Bowser’s Fury
Miitopia
Mario Golf: Super Rush
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD
Wario Ware: Get It Together!
Samus Edition
Players who have already won a theme will not be able to claim a second copy of it.
The limited-time Maximus Cup Second Chance Edition event is the 30th Maximus Cup to be held on Tetris 99.
Tetris 99 is included with Nintendo Switch Online membership.
