Atari have announced a free Atari 50 update bringing even more games to the well-received Atari 50 compilation.
While the games coming to the compilation haven’t been confirmed, they have been teased but Atari via a series of emojis posted on X (Twitter).
The “Holiday Content Update” will be available from Tuesday 5th December 2023.
We previously reported that Atari had purchased the compilation’s developer, |Digital Eclipse, so perhaps this free update is the first sign of that takeover bearing fruit.
Atari have confirmed that the update will be made available on all formats, which should mean PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, and Xboxes One and Series X|S.
