Q*Bee is a Q*Bert homage for the Spectrum Next that is currently up for pre-order from publisher D-Lo Games. The physical game will come with a box and the game on an SD card. Orders are set to be fulfilled in January 2024 once at least 100 orders are made. You can pre-order now on the D-Lo website.
