My favourite game series of all time, Heroes of Might and Magic, is getting a new board game with crowdfunding beginning in November. The classic turn-based strategy game is the perfect source material for a tabletop board game and it is fully backed by the series owners Ubisoft. The board game is based on the third entry of the series, Heroes III, and includes all new artwork depicting the world of Erathia.
Anyone familiar with the video games will know that resource management, grand battles, town development and exploration all make up the amazing gameplay. According to producer Archon Studio, all the aspects that make up the gameplay will feature in this high-quality board game. From the website we can even see wandering armies and Heroes will make an appearance. To top off this incredible announcement, miniatures of the creatures will be included to bring the battles to life.
