Gremlin Graphics’ popular subterranean critter is making a somewhat unlikely reappearance in a new Switch Monty Mole Collection on Monday 8th January 2024 .
The Monty Mole Switch collection, titled ‘The Monty Mole Collection’, is being released by Pixel Games UK, who, as we reported, have previously released a collection of C64 ‘Hidden Gems’ for Switch.
The collection will include both Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum versions of the games Wanted! Monty Mole, Monty on the Run, Auf Wiedersehen Monty, Moley Christmas, and Sam Stoat: Safebreaker.
The games in the collection have been enhanced with modern features including: difficulty modes, display filters, (including an 80s-style CRT filter), suspend points(up to 4 suspend points per game), and live Rewind (rewind up to 10 seconds of live gameplay with the push of a button).
